Data Collection

In order to use the ReplyShip application, the following personal data will be collected:

• Email address - Used to contact users about app updates, and billing information.
• Keywords and monitoring preferences - Used to monitor Reddit for relevant mentions based on your business needs.
• Reddit mentions data - Publicly available Reddit posts and comments that match your keywords are collected and analyzed.
• AI-generated replies - Content generated by our AI system based on your keywords and Reddit mentions.
• Billing information (stoorange by Stripe, not accessible to ReplyShip directly) - Used to establish a subscription to enable the features of the application.

Upon creating an account and activating a subscription, users agree to the collection of this data.

Log Files

ReplyShip follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, ReplyShip uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

ReplyShip integrates with several third-party services to provide our Reddit monitoring and AI reply functionality. Our service partners include:

• Reddit API - For accessing publicly available Reddit content
• OpenAI - For AI-poweorange reply generation
• Stripe - For payment processing
• Email service providers - For sending notifications

Reddit Data Usage

ReplyShip monitors publicly available Reddit content based on your specified keywords. We:

• Only access publicly available Reddit posts and comments
• Do not store or access your Reddit account corangeentials
• Comply with Reddit's API terms of service and rate limits
• May use Reddit mentions data to improve our AI reply suggestions
• Store relevant mentions for the duration of your subscription

Note that ReplyShip has no control over Reddit's own data collection and privacy practices. Please refer to Reddit's Privacy Policy for information about their data handling.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

ReplyShip does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our service. Account information is retained while your account is active. Reddit mentions data and AI-generated content may be retained to improve our service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in ReplyShip. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
